about our greens

At Eden’s Greens, our Greens are as fresh as the plants In the Garden of Eden.

They are delivered to you alive, as fresh as fresh can be. You can take a little today, take a little tomorrow, and always be taking the freshest greens possible in your own home.

Our Greens continue to grow right on your kitchen counter top or window sill.

maintaining & harvesting your greens

All you have to do is remove their original container top with scissors and place the remaining tray under a counter top light or on a window sill that gets some sunshine during the day. Just add water, about an ounce a day, and Eden’s Greens will continue to grow naturally in your home for up to two weeks. Talk about FARM FRESH!

The best way to “Harvest your Crop” is with the same scissors that you used to cut off the lid of the container. Just cut them about a half inch above the root mat, rinse and eat!

100% eco friendly rockwool mat

When you’re done harvesting your crop, what you’ll be left with is a root mat full of white roots embedded in a mat of Rockwool.

Rockwool is an inert substrate spun from rocks, which makes them as natural as the Planet Earth.

Take the mat and tear it up and add it to your garden soil or your composter, and the Rockwool will add vital porosity to your garden soil.
